Terms of Service

• "Allship" or "We": Allship Logistics Co., Ltd
• "Client" or "You": Any individual or entity using Allship's services
• "Services": Including customs clearance, shipping (sea, air, domestic), warehousing, fulfillment, and related logistics services
• "Goods": Products, materials, equipment entrusted to Allship for transport or storage

Allship provides logistics services as a Freight Forwarder, acting as an intermediary between clients and carriers (shipping lines, airlines, domestic transport operators).

Allship's scope of liability follows FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) standards and applicable Vietnamese law.

• Provide accurate cargo information: type, weight, dimensions, value, HS code
• Prepare complete and valid documents for customs procedures
• Package goods according to international shipping standards
• Do not ship prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods
• Make payments on time per agreement
• Declare cargo value truthfully for insurance and customs purposes

Allship shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by force majeure: natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, embargoes
• Goods damaged due to improper packaging by the client
• Customs delays arising from invalid documentation
• Goods confiscated due to import/export regulation violations
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities

Maximum compensation follows the Hague-Visby Convention (sea freight), Montreal/Warsaw Convention (air freight), or cargo insurance value (if applicable).

• Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue (unless stated otherwise)
• Rates may change due to carrier surcharges (BAF, CAF, PSS, GRI)
• Payment within 7 days of debit note receipt (unless credit terms apply)
• Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
• Allship reserves a Lien right over goods until full payment is received

Goods are not automatically insured unless specifically requested. Allship recommends cargo insurance for:

• High-value goods
• Fragile or perishable items
• Long-distance shipments with multiple transshipments

• Cargo damage/loss claims: within 7 days of delivery
• Billing disputes: within 30 days of debit note receipt
• Claims must be submitted in writing (email/letter) with supporting evidence
• Resolution timeframe: maximum 30 business days

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes shall be resolved at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under VIAC arbitration rules, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Allship reserves the right to update these Terms. Updates will be posted on the website and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
