Documents Required From Clients

To ensure rapid customs clearance and avoid unexpected demurrage/storage charges, please prepare the following details and documentation in advance.

Including: Commodity description, transport mode (FCL/LCL/Air), Gross Weight, and dimensions (CBM) to ensure the optimal handling plan.
Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) where applicable for tariff preferences.
For dangerous goods (DG cargo) or regulated products, a valid Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in English (and Vietnamese where required) is mandatory.
Depending on the HS code, requirements may include: Animal/plant quarantine registration, Health Certificate, Certificate of Quality (CQ), or automatic import permits.
